this seems like something that we should be able to verify. I'm not a fan of rumors. I tried getting in touch with my university's coordinator, but he is out of the office. Does anyone have a phone number for someone at the Fulbright Hays office, where we might be able to call tomorrow? (I assume it is already closed today.)
