Theory. And ND is his top choice, but not mine. So we'll see how that goes. ND's poli sci department is phenomenal. He was waitlisted last year. And he did not apply to Baylor, although their department is great in its own right. Corey, Allman, and Nichols especially so. My husband wants to work with Catherine Zuckert, among others.

And when does ND tend to notify?

That's horrible about Duke! Why would they restructure their program that way?? My husban is in theory. His adviser told him that same thing today. Must be true news!
