  3. Yes, I will be I am quite excited about it! I have never been to Texas before so this will be an adventure
  4. Woot-woot! Accepted to Rice today
  5. Huh I am from California too... haha I guess the wait just continues!
  6. I am kind of confused, what area did you apply to for Stanford? I am going for organic. I called yesterday and they told me that my application is still under review...?
  7. I feel kind of left out Do you think it's bad that I have only heard from two grad schools?? I mean, both were acceptances, but still!

  9. Hi everyone! I am new to this site (since I recently finished my grad school applications). I was wondering if anyone would like to answer some questions for me since I am not sure who to ask. I submitted all of my applications for organic chemistry programs in early December (Stanford, Harvard, MIT, Caltech, UCLA, UCSD, and Scripps) and I was wondering if they are reviewed in any kind of order? Or when should I expect to hear back? The wait is killing me!! Also, is there anything I should be doing in the meantime? Does hurt or help to email potential advisers?? I wish the wait was over
