I see that in 2010 - 2011 a Portugal ETA Alternate was later accepted for an ETA in Morocco...

Anyone know why something like this would happen?

Finally got the email! Accepted for ETA Bulgaria! I finally have post-grad plans!!!!!!!!

Once again, I find myself at work on GradCafe...

I'm just going to throw this out there, but I think the spreadsheet is incredible...

"Past Notification Dates" go as far back as 07-08... Imagine, a thread like this was started 5 years ago and all that was said in that thread is being used in 2012 to help the neurotic, anxious recommended Fulbrighters come up with some kind of timeline...



In other news, according to the spreadsheet Portugal doesn't seem to be too popular in these forums and earliest notification date was last year, April 12th.

Quick question: Anyone worried about leaving loved ones behind, if chosen for a Fulbright?

I'll miss the boyfriend terribly if I'm gone, and hearing that long distance relationships never work is troubling. I truly believe we'll make it work and just feel this is just a little separation before we're together again.

I read his paper, novel in Kassel, it looked super interesting!!
