Are you applying for the 2012-2013 cycle? Not to be a downer or anything, but if I were you, I'd take a year or two off to better prepare your application. If what you have posted above is as far as your credentials go, I'd say your chances of getting in are close to none. You have listed ample amount of volunteer and clinical experiences in the helping sector, and this is good. But in reality, Ph.D. programs look more at your research experiences/interests and academic prowess. You have good GPA so no worries there, but your GRE is lacking, and since you have a degree in Library Science, I'd recommend you take the Psychology subject GRE to show the schools that you have knowledge in various aspects of clinical and counseling psychology. What's more, the schools you have listed are super competitive and top schools. You will definitely need extensive research experience to have any chance of getting an interview. If you are applying for the 2013-2014 cycle, then you have about a year to enhance your credentials and I think the major areas for you to work on would be the GREs and research experience.

I was also accepted at BC and was offered a counseling psychology award. It said that it is a scholarship that pays for 6 credits courses each semester.

Congrats to both of you! We might become classmates haha. As for BC acceptance, I was sent an email directly indicating acceptance. I do not see anything Agora though as well.

Yeah hopefully good news will be flowing in the next couple of weeks. Just out of curiousity, when do you have until you have to make the decision for UPENN?

Thanks Gvh! I had my interview and I think it went great. Will know the decision in couple weeks. On another note, do any of you when the schools in New York will get back to you with decisions? Really interested in when NYU and Columbia will make their offers.

Thanks for the welcome Gvh~ I see that you have interviewed and was accepted to Penn GSE. Was this also for an MA in MHC? Back when I checked they did not have such a program.

Hello guys, I am also anxiously awaiting decisions from some of the schools mentioned here, such as Northeastern, BC, NYU, and Columbia. I guess none of these Master's programs have made their decisions yet.
