I'm taking a red-eye in to Detroit. Will be landing around 6:30 am that Friday at DTW. I'm planning on renting a car and can give a ride if anyone's landing around the same time.

How walkable is Ann Arbor vs do I need a rental car to get around?

Hey TypeA, What's the average rent / living costs in Ann Arbor? I didn't see any info on Ford's site. Maybe I'm overlooking it.

I believe Michigan is semester system so a year would be around $38k for out-of-state and $21k for Michigan residents. (Of course this is only the tuition aspect)
