Glad to hear word from China - Congratulations, rsq00! I think we profs are waiting for a yes or no via snail mail. I'll try not to sit by the mailbox in a camp chair.

Trying to say that a professor was just awarded a Fulbright to Russia http://www.wiu.edu/news/newsrelease.php?release_id=9720 so that word is coming. - shouldn't be long

Fellow Russia applicants, I just got a response from Rachel Holskin. Her best guess is another one or two weeks for notification.

What does "Warn Status" mean? That doesn't sound good. Maybe I should hop off. I'm a professor waiting on a Fulbright to China. I'll send something in to the spreadsheet and tinker with my profile. I'm learning a lot from this forum, and the spreadsheet is great. Thank you.

l.bell, I also think you should absolutely suggest improvements to university administrators. (You won't have time if you're shifted to accepted so you might as well do it now.) Maybe they'll be more helpful to future applicants. I hope you get that ETA to Cyprus. I was once plucked from a waiting list for a big international opportunity so it does happen. Good luck.
