I have applied to UBC, McGill, UWO, UOttawa,Umanitoba. have got an admit from McGill (msc thesis bioresource engg, no funding tho :| ) the deadline for UBC was nov 1 in my case-intl student, MASc .chem and bio engg, (they changed it to dec 1 after i submitted the application)...they said if a prof agrees to take me into his research grp they will mail me . if not then they will let me know in July!!!! thats veryy late considering im an international student ( from India) ..!!!

Hello ! I intend to carry out research in biofuels during my Masters. I have applied for universities in Canada and the US (5 each) . Does anyone have any idea which country is better in terms of internships/RAs in the the field of biofuels? as of now, i have got a reject. from one univ in US (iowa state) and one admit from Canada ( Mcgill) . I know this is not a very specific question, but any info. regarding this matter will be helpful Thanks a lot !

Hello, I have got an admit for the Msc (thesis) program in Bioresource Engg.(Fall 12)- no funding though.. :| So i will be on a tight budget . Could anyone please tell me something about the MacDonald Campus ? (the living expenses, housing options etc .) I'm from India ..so i have absolutely no idea regarding this matter. Unless i get an admit with funding from other universities , I will most probably be heading for McGill . Thank you
