I imagine it is for both. My question was directly referred to the Emile Boutmy scholarship but I guess this cannot be offered without admissions first. And indeed... this has been a ridiculously long wait.

I called today and they told me that the final jury will meet on May 31st so we should hear news after that, as someone above already said.

Hello, I have recently been offered a Chinese Government Scholarship (full scholarship + stipend) to attend the MID program at Tsinghua University in Beijing. The program is held entirely in English and lasts for 2 years. Does anyone have any experience with this program? Any thoughts/comments? Although I hold acceptances from other great schools (LSE, Sciences Po, Harvard), I may not be able to afford any of them at the moment so exploring my other options. I am interested in education policy (combining public health + economics), and my regions of interest are the Middle East and West Africa. Would this degree offer a good entry point into an international career in development? I already have international exposure and experience but looking to expand those options with a masters degree. Thank you for the input!

Hello guys! Any other international students who already got their financial aid letter? I got mine yesterday and they only gave me a grant of around $12,000 (need based), which is pretty bad considering that I do not qualify for anything else. Still trying to delve into any additional sources of funding so any info would be more than helpful. Good luck to everyone!!!
