  1. I'm seeing many of you are getting into Columbia, congratulations!
  2. I applied for masters of architecture. One of my friends who applied for historic preservation was accepted for that yesterday. It's in the GSAPP with that 'by April' deadline, so I think we can expect any time now honestly for all other programs. Which doesn't help with the constant email checking.
  3. I have been accepted here and am finishing up my 5th year of undergrad in architecture, so even if I don't go here, I can surely be of some assistance for those of you who are!
  4. I got into Clemson's two year program and I suspect I'll get into Syracuse's 3.5 year program. Clemson is in-state for me and my undergrad. I'd really prefer to go somewhere else for grad school just for the experience and connections; but, providing these are the only two school I get into, Clemson just makes so much more sense financially and time-wise (not that I hate being in school; I'm actually kind of fond of it). I just don't know if it would be worth it in the long run. Both schools are probably about the same in terms of quality of education I think (at least from what I gather from friends who've attended both). Anyways, anybody else in a similar situation?
  5. I noticed that too but have held hope that it is a way to make sure they have plenty of time to notify everybody--particularly wait listed folks. If April is the target date they are going for, then that certainly complicates things. That December 15 deadline was tough to meet. Why does the early deadline school have to be the last minute admissions school? Hah. Edit: from the gsapp site: by the first week of April, so basically, any time from now until then you could hear from them! Oh man.
  6. I have applied to: Clemson (my undergrad) : Accepted Syracuse : A letter of optimism a couple weeks ago saying that the dean found my application very promising? Columbia : tbd Michigan : rejected
  7. I'm also so impatient with this one. My friend found out last year March 3 that she was accepted. Another found out that she was wait listed March 5--she got accepted 2 weeks later. I keep searching Twitter for terms like "Accepted Columbia" "Gsapp" etc to see if anybody is Tweeting results...nothing so far so at least it seems that nobody knows
