I couldn't take the plunge on finally deciding on a school and decided to ask for extensions instead. I have until Monday to make up my mind, and I am still trying to figure out what exactly is suppose to change from now until Monday that will help me realize where I am suppose to go! Blah! :shock:

Will anyone be starting an Education PhD program at the University of Washington? If so, where are you from (local or transplant)? What made you decide to choose UW? I am still deciding between 3 schools, and the lack of funding from UW is stearing me towards another lower-ranked school. Any advice or comments are welcomed!!!!

I think you should have visited both universities, otherwise it is extremely difficult to get a clear idea about the situation in the one you were unable to visit. I know you had your reasons for being unable to visit, but what if you arrive to the place and realize that it looked nice on the internet, but you hate it now that you are "stuck" there? I guess whatever happens, make your decision and do not look back! Good Luck!
