i'm curious to know how old everyone is who is applying and about to go to grad school. i know programs accept people who may have just finished their undergrad but there are also folks in their 30s starting. this creates quite a difference of life/work experience and it would be interesting to get an idea how this affects your experience in the program.
what are your reservations or factors about icp? for me, besides the price tag, i'm not super impressed with the work coming out of there. have you been around to have a different experience?
thanks anyway! did you have a chance to interview? they told me when i visited that it's really not a painter's school.
when i got in touch the other day, they said they pushed he finalist reviews to April 18th because thy have to hire a new faculty member. i have to let my other schools know before them. arghh.
good luck to you!
ooh then it's going to be tough- ICP wants an answer by April 13th. Good luck!
So are you more interested in the ICP program over SVA? I didn't apply anywhere else in NY really want to go to Carnegie Mellon. waiting...
