I have a question about going to school at UBC, is there a lot of affordable housing in the university area? Is the Campus walkable?

I got my BA from UNM and I have been a non-degree grad student for the last year. I got into grad school here but I have yet to make up my mind. Is there anything you want to know about living in Albuquerque?
