Oh nice! I didn't apply to Ottawa because of my poor French skills haha. I've applied to UBC, UWO, U of T, U of A, and McGill. I also applied to a couple American schools and found out I got wait listed at one and rejected at the other. Gahhh I just want one acceptance already!!!

Such an inspiring story, thank you for sharing! Out of curiosity which school are you at now? I'm also from Canada and I've applied to 5 of the schools here. I'm also getting nervous because people are getting acceptances and I haven't heard anything yet!

Yes they only have a fall intake, but it does say on their website that it's rolling admission starting January!

Wow 900 applicants?! That's a lot!!! But it's nice to hear that they look at the applicant as a whole and not just the numbers.

I should have specified - all the ones that I looked at (mostly in Washington and New York) look at overall GPA. I did email the schools and they said that while they look at cGPA, they also look for upward trends which is def good for me! But wow obviously I was looking in all the wrong places for grad school hahahha

So this is kinda off topic but since all the TC applicants are here, I was wondering if any of you sent in your GRE scores? I know it's not mandatory, and I didn't because mine weren't EXCEPTIONAL, just a little above average... but yeah I was really debating before whether I should send them in or not!

Oh really? The two I applied to look at cGPA. I looked at so many schools and didn't come across any that look at your last 60 credits! But then again I was only looking at bigger cities closer to Canada. Thanks for letting me know! I will definitely keep that in mind for next year (if I don't get in this round)!

My DREAM is to go to Teacher's College, because I've always wanted to live in NY! But tuition would be crazy expensive, and I probably won't get into the program there anyway... My HOPE is to get into ONE program in Canada so I can actually afford tuition! My GUESS would be waitlisted by Canadian programs and rejected by American ones (since US programs look at cGPA whereas Canada only looks at the last 2 years)

I applied to GWU in the first week of January, which I guess is kinda late considering it's rolling admission. But I just got an email that my application is under review and a decision will be made within 2-4 weeks! Gahh I can't take the waiting hahaha

Congrats!! Did you apply for the re-entry program? Mind if I ask you what your stats are? I'm also hoping to get in to GW but since I'm from Canada and we don't have degrees in Communication Disorders, I had to apply for the re-entry program
