AL95 Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 Hi, I am applying for several French PHD programs, and was wondering if I have to fill out and submit a FAFSA form even if the programs are fully funded? I never submitted FAFSA during my undergraduate studies so am unsure as to how the whole FAFSA process works. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
