How good is MS in Analytics at Georgia State U?

I got admit by the MS in Analytics program at Georgia State U with GA and tuition waiver. I couldn't find much information about this program. I'm an international student, so I will need sponsorship to work after graduation. Is this program a good one? It has good courses and high placement rate, but I'm still not sure if Atlanta is a good place to develop career in the data field. 

By the way, I also have admissions from the MSDS program at U of San Francisco, and MS-MIS at Texas A&M, anyone can share come comments on these three programs?
