Those of you that applied to Stanislaus State MSW 2 year and 3 year program have you received a response? Or does anyone know by when decisions might be made. Considering how the deadline was on the 1st of February

Hi! I also applied to the MSW program at stanislaus and still have not heard anything back. I’m getting nervous because it’s already been over a month since the deadline. Have you heard anything?

nope still nothing, I read the responses from previous years it sounds like some people heard back in April. So I think we should know no later than next month. I hope ahhh!!

Has anyone heard anything yet? Its a little passed mid april and I still havent recieved a response.

@rachel.o I haven't heard anything yet either! However, the Title 4-e Training Program application just opened -- and as I understand it, that application was not set to open until they had sent out decisions yet because you have to have been accepted into the general MSW program before applying to the Title 4-E Training Program. I am so anxious!

I have not heard anything yet either and now it’s Monday April 23rd, have any of you heard back?

@rachel.o Yes still pending, a friend that applied to the program told me that she called today and that they said that they’re still reviewing

I had a friend who applied to the program last year and received notice around this time. So it should be at the end of the week or the beginning of next week.

Update: I called yesterday and was told they are still reviewing and have no timeline for when they will be done, just as long as the reviewers decide to take.

They are officially sending out their desicions. A friend of mine just got accepted into the program.

No ? but congrats to your friend! Which program did they apply to?

I GOT IN!!!!!!! My friend and I both got accepted into the two year program. She wants to be an LCSW and I am going into Child Welfare.

congrats to you and your friend for getting in. Were you notified through your student portal or did they send you an e-mail?

I was notified via email. We had to accept/deny their offer by May 15th, so I'm assuming they'll notify people who are waitlisted after that day.

They are only notifying via email. It won't show up in your student portal until you've been offered acceptance and you've also accepted their offer.

I have not heard back. I don’t think I’m in at this point. But hopefully I’m wrong and that they’re still in the process of responding to other applicants.

Thank you guys! But I'm also so sorry! But hopeful that maybe you guys are just on the waiting list and they haven't sent that out yet? In any case, keep me updated! Something I did when applying to the program was reach out to alumni (found them through a FB Stanislaus MSW group) for tips and guidance on applying to the program. If you guys end up not being accepted and want some tips/guidance for next year please private message me and I would be happy to chat! This field is always desperate for new awesome people and I would truly be happy to chat and share my experience, background, application - whatever! Just let me know! Don't give up!!!!! ❤
