Canadian. Thought maybe they were releasing decisions by subfield. But it looks like those were trolls a couple weeks ago.

What makes you think they were trolls?

They were posted 3 weeks after the deadline (which I think is unusual because of the size of the department and # of applicants) and about 4 weeks before they usually send decisions, based on prior years.

Seems like first round UofT PhD offers went out this past week. For those who got offers, are you willing to share if you plan on accepting/declining or at least the deadline for your decision? Congrats too btw

Was told second round is going out mid-March, so maybe this week.

No, I emailed them and they said check back in a couple of weeks if you don't hear. But they also said most initial offer holders have accepted their offers, so it's unlikely they'll be making more offers.
