spotty Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 For those of you who applied to epidemiology programs, what are your thoughts on these two schools? I am deciding between McGill and Queen's epidemiology. For McGill, global institutional reputation and the beautiful location are obvious reasons. I'm assuming its reputation also means better faculty and a more diverse class. For Queen's, the faculty/admin seem very supportive and I heard that its easier for Queen's students to publish. McGill touts its emphasis on quantitative skills helps its students more when looking for jobs but I see plenty of Queen's students getting employed as well. Anyone have any thoughts?
RibMac Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 I am interested in this topic as well because these are my top two choices at the moment. I did my undergrad at Queen's and have nothing but positive things to say about the school!
