Does an MPP sound better than an MA? Does it matter?

I have been accepted into the University of San Francisco's Master of Arts in Urban and Public Affairs (MA), as well as Mills College' Master of Public Policy (MPP).

Both programs have provided me with funding, have great faculty, and my commute to both is reasonable. Mills' curriculum for the MPP is more math and data focused than USF's, and I am honestly not that great at math or statistics.

I want to become a policy analyst or work as a policy maker at a local or state level, so I do want to be prepared to work in this field. If it's helpful, I am interested in housing and land use policy.

I've heard MPA and MPP comparisons, but not MA vs. MPP. Can someone help me with this? Should I base my decision on the title of the Master's degree (MA vs. MPP)? Or does anyone have any advice on what to consider for each?

Thanks in advanced!!
