Cornell MPS vs. Tufts MS CS vs. UMass MS CS

Hello Everyone!

I have an offer from Cornell for their MPS program (One-year program contains IT area and social system area), an offer from Tufts for their MS CS program and an offer from UMass for their MS CS.

My undergraduate major is biostatistics so I don' t have a solid background of computer science. I plan to be a software development engineer after graduate. 

Cornell is pretigious but I am afraid of one-year is too short to be ready for the job hunting. 

UMass campus is rural but their CS program is highly-ranked.

Tufts has good location and good reputation but I am not sure if it has a good CS program.

Does anyone know something about these programs?
