Hello,

I want to work at UN/ government related positions after studying international relations/affairs or security.

I would greatly appreciate it if I could get help choosing an appropriate school considering employment rate, prestige, and network.:) Thank you all very much in advance!

Schools I got accepted into:

1) Fletcher (MALD)

2) GWU-ESIA (International Affairs)

3) DU - Josef Korbel (International Security/Relations) - 30k scholarship

4) Penn State - SIA (International Affairs)-25k scholarship

@Vic88 in a similar predicament except between fletcher and Sipa.  Did you get $$ from anywhere? The advice I’ve been given is that a masters program in IR is not worth taking on a ton of debt for.

@Kelly1015  Congrats! I didn't get to apply to SIPA but getting accepted there would have been incredible.

I am still waiting to hear back from a few more schools. And that may be true, but this is something I have been wanting to study you know :) I am looking forward to hearing real stories and advices not found on the internet here from experts or experienced people/graduates!

Thanks for your sharing your thoughts!

I'll be sure to let you know when I hear back from others!
