errrrr Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 What does it mean when the graduate coordinator doesn't respond to your email about a status inquiry? -- had several of those... does that mean wait-list??
hellopsy Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 I don't think it means anything, they are probably just busy. If you really need an answer urgently, you could try calling them, or maybe emailing your POIs?
piccgeek Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 It doesn't mean anything about the status of your application. The program coordinators are super busy and I think many of them ignore emails from apps at this time of year unless they're marked URGENT or something. It's easier to just not respond than it is to actually tell every single person who asks that there's nothing more to hear...and unfortunately for us, they're in a position to just ignore us if they want to.
