I have an MBA-Marketing degree, with a gpa of 3.7/4, 3 publications and 3 years of working experience after graduation ( 5 years overall), and I have done my thesis on e-commerce. Does anyone have any idea what are my chances to get an admission for Phd in management from a business school as an international student?

Sure. However, based on this info alone judging your chances of getting into a strong school is not really plausible.

The key info is:

1. Where you went for your undergrad and MBA?

2. What and where did you publish?

3. What company did you work for?

4. Projected GRE scores?

5. Who’s going to write your LoRs?
