slptobe! Posted November 7, 2018 Posted November 7, 2018 Hi everyone! For those of you who have applied before or already submitted their apps this season, I have seen on here that submitting early helps so you don't have to stress about getting your apps verified and "beating the rush" so to speak. Did you have all your letters of rec in before you submitted? Because at this point, that is pretty much the only thing I would be waiting on. Should I submit before the letters have all been received or should I wait? Thank you!

For all the programs I applied to, I entered their email addresses and then the school (or CSDCAS) sends them information on how to submit. One of mine wasn't submitted until 2 weeks past the deadline and I was fine*. *DO NOT ATTEMPT! May vary by program and is very stressful!
slptobe! Posted November 7, 2018 Author Posted November 7, 2018 Okay, thank you! I was nervous about it. Thanks for the reply.
smileyslp Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 Like the previous user said, you should be fine Some programs require all of the materials arrive before the deadline, while many others make their decision after the letters have arrived. I'd say go ahead and apply, call your school choices to see the latest someone can send in their recommendation, and then just check in with your references closer to the application deadline.
