I'm willing to pursue MS in UX / HCI preferably in Seattle, but I don't meet the toefl requirement which is a score of 106 with 26 in Speaking. Still any chance to get in ,in either of MHCID, HCDE (UW) or MSTI (Bellevue)? I have 94 in toefl with 25 in speaking.
