BlackGirlSpeechie Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Hey y'all! Received a rejection from an online program this past December (still kinda bummed), but I'm thinking about giving it one more go and applying to another online program for next year. This is my 2nd year working as a SLP-Assistant in the schools and I would like to apply to CSUN this summer. My stats: 3.1 GPA, 285 Q/V 4.0 Writing. I know I have BELOW average stats, and I want to take the MAT this time around, but I'm afraid there's not much I can do with my GPA in before the June deadline. Thoughts or advice on what I can do to best prepare to apply this year? Thank you.
Toya Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Hi, I would say apply to more than one school if feasible. From my understanding, CSUN receives many applications so they are looking at "the best of the best", that's why I didn't apply there. I am, however, applying to 9 different schools this year and most are still online Good luck! BlackGirlSpeechie 1
