Video Interview Cornell MPA

Hello to all, 

I've been ask to do a video interview as part of my application process to do an MPA at Cornell (CIPA). 

They said that the questions haven been pre-recorded, and that I could do it at any time.

I have some questions I was hoping to answer here:

1) Have any one know what type of question could I find?

2) Does this  mean anything regarding my application?
