Feeling in limbo

I have been sick with worry for days.  This school is at the very top of my list. I visited back in October and have been working hard to lined everything up ever since. I even have a research project planned with an advisor (at an associated institution which doesn’t help much for the admissions committee). 

Last week I received an email that I was on the short list and I interviewed via Skype 2 days later. I felt short of strange about the interview but I can’t tell if it’s just my nerves or not. They told me I would hear back next week, but I still haven’t heard and I’m so anxious I could explode.
