College of Education Funding

First, I am an international student who applied to the Graduate School of Education, 2019 Fall.

Can you share your funding situation?

I have been accepted to Texas Austin, Ohio State, and Connecticut and else, but no funding information at all. It makes me hard to choose a school. 

In particular, Austin says that they can't guarantee the fund including TA, GRA.

Is it unusual for a Ph.D. in education to study with funding?

Will it be possible to get an assistantship after enrolling the school?
