SUNY Albany Fall 2019

Hey all,

I know some people have heard back from SUNY Albany, so I wanted to create a thread for us to discuss. 

I received news of my acceptance (I applied in early January for the 2 year full time track) yesterday and found out I received a graduate assistant position today. I’m not sure if I’ll be attending, but would like to hear from others who have decided to go or are considering it as well. Thanks!

I would love to hear your experience!! I did a bit of a read through of your old posts and it seems you come from a similar background—I’m also from Queens, also considering Hunter, but I actually want to get out of the city which is why Albany is appealing, but I don’t know anything about the area or the job opportunities there. I’ll try to send you a PM so we can connect!
