Has anyone taken SLP pre-reqs through a community college?

There is a CC near me that has courses that seem the same to me as many of the pre-reqs the schools I am interested in want.  In this state (NH) this program at the community college is how you become a SLPA...Thoughts?

Hi, Yes, I took courses at San Joaquin Delta in CA. I took 3 classes including intro to comd, speech-language and hearing science and another one that I can't remember. Anyway, they were all online as well!

Thanks Toya.

So it looks like they weren't a problem for your applications since it seems you were accepted!

I was just wondering if it would look weird, or maybe schools would think they weren't high enough level or something...Always worrying about the applications, but it would be nice to be able to do SLPA as a fallback if I don't get in next year.

Thank you! That's a good point and when I took classes at a JC it was to save money. If you don't get in then becoming an SLPA is a great path in my opinion. Good luck!
