Hey guys! Please help me out here! Currently deciding on doing Yale IDE or Cambridge MPhil Finance.

Ultimate goal is to apply for top American PhD programs (either financial economics or economics).

Yale IDE program is very flexible, professors and director are very kind and has lots of opportunities for RA. But the core courses are not the most in-depth

Cambridge MPhil program is very in-depth in finance(with courses like stochastic calculus and other heavy math courses), but it is not an American school and it is solely concentrated in the area of Finance

Background: Bsc in Econometrics and Operations Research in one of the European Economics School

Could you guys help me out a little bit
