Confused about job prospects after MPP at Hertie

Hello

I come from India, and I'm final year undergraduate student in political science honors. 

I have admission at Hertie School in Master in public policy. I have a 35% waiver. However, the course fee is extravagant still. As I will be taking a loan IF I plan to go to Berlin, I am very much concerned about its repayment. 

So, what do you think says the Berlin job market for MPP international students?

Any additional information about Hertie will help me make this choice!
