TweetyBird
I'm looking at industry jobs related to biotech and there are some positions I am very interested in that don't require work experience but list a Ph.D. in their requirements. Not to underscore the value of a doctorate, but do you think I should still apply for these jobs although I only have a Master's. Or would that only be reasonable if I had research experience specifically with what the job entails. Please share your thoughts with me!
PsyDuck90
I mean, it doesn't hurt to apply. The worst thing to happen is that you don't get a call for an interview. However, if they specifically require a PhD, they may not reach out unless they have very few prospects.
