Hello,

I am early in looking into PhD programs. I have a research based Master's in biology, emphasis on infectious disease. I have been thinking about a PhD in public health instead of bio, microbio, etc. I have experience working for the health dept. (briefly), teaching at the college level, and several publications. My question is, will I need an MPH first? Anyone go straight to public health PhD without an MPH or with more lab experience than health experience? Many thanks!
