Am I competitive?

Nationality/Race : Indian

Major : Electrical and Electronics engineering

GPA : 8.28/10 (from a T20 college in India)

GRE : 163Q 155V 4.5AWA

1 patent publication (final examination pending)

1 conference paper (might be able to get in another one)

1 journal paper which should be in review by the time I start applying for programs

SOP : Should be fine except for the fact that I would be stating that a PhD would be my end goal even though I'm applying for MS programs now

LoRs : 2 should be very strong(having worked with both professors for over a year) with 1 being moderate

I've done multiple side projects but I do not know how much they would add to my profile

2.5 months of work experience although it's different from the programs I'm looking to apply to

 

I want to know if I'm competitive enough for t30 USNews ECE programs (in VLSI) for MS (or) PhD
