I applied to the University of Marryland, and never heard back from them. On September 10th, they sent me this, what does it mean?
Some time ago you initiated an application for admission to the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ENEE) program for the Fall 2019. Unfortunately, we have been unable to make a decision concerning your eligibility for admission because the program was not able to come to an admission recommendation. We realize that you may have made other plans and are thus no longer pursuing admission to the University of Maryland. In the absence of any specific instructions from you, we have withdrawn your application from consideration.
If you wish to be considered for admission in a future term, you will be required to complete a new application (accompanied by another application fee) and submit any required documents. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Please use your assigned University Identification Number (UID) on any future application or correspondence.
Your interest in the University of Maryland is appreciated and we offer our best wishes to you for the future. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the program office or the Graduate School.
