System to send transcripts

I see many of the grad programs ask you to upload a copy of your official transcripts to the application site. If your college uses a system like Parchment, how does that work?

Is anyone familiar with that system?

For Parchment, you can order an electronic copy of your transcript and it will be emailed to you within the day. Then you just upload that file. At least, that's how it works at my school.

Great thank you. Did you wait until you had final 1st semester senior grades in to send transcript?

My apps were already due so no. I actually sent about a month in advance to make sure they would arrive by the deadline.
