Do schools place more weight or look at exclusively the last two years of classes for GPA?

I heard the UC schools exclusively look at the last two years to calculate GPA. Is this true? Do any other schools do this or place more weight on the later years of undergrad?

That first statement is for the undergrad admissions only, I believe. In grad school, they still care about your whole four years, even though your last 60 credit hours are the most important, I believe.
