I applied to CSUF, CSULB and CSUDH  (their part-time program). I got accepted into CSUF two weeks ago. I called CSULB and left a voicemail. They called me back and told me that they were going to send responses 12-16 weeks after receiving your applications or mid-late May, which i think it's so late considering that other schools want a response within 2-3 weeks after being accepted. I havent heard back from CSUDH, and their number doesnt seem to give you an option to leave VM. 

My background:  3.5 years experience working with undocumented immigrant children, 1 year working with undocumented immigrant youth in foster care. I have a 3.68GPA

Hi there! Nope : ( Just checked the CSUF student portal and it still says: "Thank you for applying to Cal State Fullerton.  We have received your application.  No admission decision has been made at this time." Although I've already accepted my admission to CSULB, I keep checking everywhere else. Haha. 

So far, I've heard back from the following schools: CSULB (accepted), NYU (accepted), UNR (rejected), SDSU (waitlist), CSULA (pending), CSUF (pending).

Does anyone know if we can get financial aid in grad school or just loans financial aid?

From what I know, The only financial aid available for grad school is loans only.

This forum is a very nice I applied to CSULA additionally yet I haven't heard back. They just got my records I accept so they advised me to stand by to hear back.
