KialLowski Posted January 11, 2020 Posted January 11, 2020 Hello folks, I'm finishing up my MFA application and starting to take some photos of my work for my portfolio. I want to create a free website/blog for the work I will be showing for the MFA program in which I am applying to. What is a good portfolio website that is easy to navigate and sharp looking? Thanks for any input! Kyle P
SpillToBuilt Posted January 11, 2020 Posted January 11, 2020 (edited) Tumblr is free and, last I checked, ad free. Wordpress has a free plan but will throw ads on your page. Both are simple to use though. Edit: I think Wix is free too, but they have a pretty obnoxious overlay if ya ask me. Edited January 12, 2020 by SpillToBuilt
brho Posted January 14, 2020 Posted January 14, 2020 Go with squarespace, been using it for 4 years and love it.
SocialKonstruct Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 I use 22slides and it's so damn easy to use that I can update my artwork with a cell phone (iPhone).
