anthro8752 Posted February 5, 2021 Posted February 5, 2021 I also received a request for transcripts, and I also see "finalist submission" when I click "needs attention." I don't want to get too excited, but does this mean we are in the final round? Did people last year get asked for transcripts and not get it?
tanevons Posted February 5, 2021 Posted February 5, 2021 From looking at past threads, if you get a request for transcripts you are in the last round of review. That still means possibly being rejected in April, but having made it past round 2.
lemepris Posted February 5, 2021 Posted February 5, 2021 The exact numbers will become clearer once the rejections are released, but right now receiving request for transcript only means we're past the first round. If previous years are anything to go by, around 250 applicants make it to the second round and of those only 60-70 are eventually selected. zkasim2 1

I received a request from SSRC today for an official transcript (and my status is listed as a "finalist" on the SSRC web portal. Did you get anything yet?
