DOE Teach NYC Scholarship for SLPs

Hi! Is anyone applying to the Teach NYC scholarship for SLPs currently? I have not been able to get much information from their contact email, and the application seems very outdated and is confusing. Anyone know if you have to have committed to a school in order to apply? They ask to list "Participating College/University to which you have been accepted as a fully matriculated student" but I have only gotten one decision so far. Do I still answer that question even though I am not necessarily going to the school I would list?

Also, seems odd that there is no essay requirement, and when I go to submit the app it says "you won't be able to edit responses to the four wiring responses" but there are no written response prompts on the application... I'm starting to think I'm applying for the wrong thing. 

Hope that makes sense. If anyone also has any info or resources about applying for this, please lmk

I am interested in this scholarship but was waiting to see if I get accepted at NYC schools (and decide to go there). The website does look very old and information is vague but if I recall correctly the deadline is late enough and application isn't super involved that I could wait until after I got in/decided on a school. I just tried to look at it and the website wasn't even working right now so hard to say what is going on!! But following this thread if others have more info
