Zoom Interview Malfunction

So I was interviewing with a group for San Francisco State University and my computer kept glitching with small things such as freezing or I couldn't hear someone speak. All of this was fine except in the last 5 minutes of the interview Zoom completely crashed and I wasn't allowed back into the chat. 

Any advice for when this sorta thing happens? I'm really concerned because SFSU is one of my top schools and I'd be devastated if it was make or break.

Sorry to hear  about the malfunction! I was also interviewed on Monday, but I was in person. There was no one on Zoom during my interview, but I would call the department and ask. I called this morning to ask how many people were interviewed, but I was told they cannot disclose that information.

I hope this does not affect your admission to the program. I would call and follow up so they know what happened.
