In a word, no.

I was in the same position just a few days ago. I got an informal email and an official letter of acceptance, but online it said that my application was still being processed. This was problematic because it wouldn't allow me to register for classes or even search for classes. I called the enrollment services and after an hour and a half on the phone with them they said that they would need to look at my application again (WTF right?). So I emailed the dean, director of training, academic advisor, and faculty advisor letting them know of the situation, and my problem was fixed the next day. So I guess the moral of the story is to let someone know ASAP and they should be able to get it fixed. Hope this helps!

Many PhD programs stop updating those websites after they show all materials completed because frankly, that is what most people call non-stop about! If they make an offer, they usually call and/or email, and there isn't much reason to sign back on to change your status when they've already let you know. Now some masters programs are a bit more slavish (large numbers of admits are easier to admit/reject via website) and update regularly. If you received a physical offer, and its not from some friend with a terrible sense of humor, you should be fine! Congrats.

thanks for all the advice. I feel much better now.. I;ll definitely call them and inform them about it.

I got mind-*beeped* by my over-imaginative parents (who gave me their over-imaginative genes) when I told them about this.

They were like "YOU SABOTAGED YOURSELF. THEY'RE GONNA THINK THAT YOU'RE IRRESPONSIBLE FOR NOT FOLLOWING UP YOUR APPLICATION AND CHANGE THEIR MINDS"

I have a similar problem here.I am currently enrolled in a postgraduate programme in my country which is due for completion in July. The offers I have already are asking for my postgraduate transcript before Matriculation. In my country,it takes a little while for results to be processed even after completing a degree.Does anyone have a word for me on what to do?

LOL, I definately understand this. I got accepted to a program (email and official letter recieved) and online it still says that they have NO application on file for me at all!

I've called and told them about it, but they still haven't updated. I'm kinda worried... How do I accept if im not in the system?

Don't worry about it - they wouldn't have made you an offer if they didn't have your materials to review. Schools can be really bad at updating their status websites. If your fears are realized, and they are in fact missing something (as unlikely as it is) then they would ask you for it rather than withdraw the offer they've made to you.

I've applied a grad program at the wee state university I attend as an undergrad. The super nice lady in the grad school office checked some incorrect stuff on my boxes on her end of the online application and scared the heck out of me.

Luckily it IS a wee state university and I stopped by and straightened it out. Don't think I'd have that opportunity at a larger school out of town!

YMMV, but if I had an actual acceptance communication in hand - I wouldn't worry.

Incomplete is most likely in due to not having final grade report/graduation from current school (way some Uni's do things)...Your accepted, just remember to send them a transcript after Grad
