So I would recommend making sure 1. You comfortable with the curriculum that it will will be excited to succeed there. 2. You have access to the professors in the area that you care about 3. Talk to people in the program who want to go into PhD as well. I think more people do Harris MPP to go to a PhD because usually any Data + management program is for people to seek the professional route.
