Georegtown vs Queen's (USA/Canada)

I know it is awfully late in the game, but I was on Georgetown's waiting list for their Art and Museum Studies Program. I was pretty happy with going to Queen's in Kingston, which is a traditional Art History MA program, but now I am feeling conflicted. Georgetown has such a good reputation as a school, but the program itself is about 5 years old. On top of that, I would be paying for it through loans. It is only a one year program, but 65,000 on top of undergrad loans seems like a lot to handle. Queen's has offered to cover tuition and a TAship, but will I be able to find work back in the states with a degree from Canada?

Which is a better option? I liked Queen's because they have specialists in my field, but Georgetown offers practical experiences.

I went to Queen's for undergrad and enjoyed it a lot. I didn't have any problems while looking for jobs in the States and abroad, especially in Commonwealth countries, the school is quite well known. Kingston won't be as exciting an area as DC naturally, but it's an attractive city and caters well to students.
