Do I still have a chance of getting admitted with a low GRE score?

Hi all

I just got back my GRE score and it turns out to be lower than I expected ( V146/ Q167/ AW3.0). 

I submitted my application for MS stat/biostat for Rutgers but I am afraid that I can get rejected because of my low score.

I graduated from large public university(top 30 public univ from us news) with stat/econ major.

My GPA is 3.6 / 4.0 

no related work experience but TA for a math course

one strong recom letter (from prof that I TA for)

Do I still have some chances of getting admitted for Rutgers ms stat/biostat?
