Hi all,

I was wondering which universities are science oriented and which are more engineering, for material science...

Lets say... MIT, Stanford, WUSTL, UIUC, Berkeley, Cornell, UMich, and maybe Columbia.... AND any other that you may know of

I know that it is not black/white, but just vaguely...

Thanks

I have not considered other universities, but MIT I think is engineering oriented. A number of professors deal with device design and process engineering, and there are numerous companies founded by the professors in MIT.
